Tacfit Warrior Bodyweight Exercises Review
Tacfit Warrior was a much hyped body weight training program that I had to try for myself. Ever since I ditched my weight training regiment over 2 years ago and switched to doing 100% bodyweight exercises, I have never felt or looked better. I did this because I no longer wanted the big bulky “All Show and No Go” muscles. I wanted to be lean, ripped, and have a high level of functional fitness. I wanted to look good while being ready for anything.
When I first heard of Tacfit Warrior a few months ago, I was floored! I have always been a huge fan of Scott Sonnon and his unique body weight exercises and when I found out that he just put out a brand new bodyweight training program I new I had to give it a go.
After 2 months of doing Tacfit Warrior bodyweight exercises I am very pleased with my results. I was in pretty good shape when I started this workout program but in just this short period of time, my body fat percentage which was already pretty low dropped from 12% to 11%. Now that might not seem like much but remember that 12% body fat is already pretty low to begin with.
The exciting part is that I gained over 5 lbs of muscle in just 8 weeks! Scott Sonnon has put together a program filled with amazing new bodyweight exercises that are not only challenging but extremely fun to do. This are not your daddy’s old pushup, pullup, and squat program…we are talking about bodyweight exercises that I promise you have never thought of before.
My only negative about the Tacfit Warrior bodyweight training program is that it is tough! If you are just starting out exercising then this fitness program is not for you…but if you are in pretty good shape and want take your body and mind to the next level then this program is for you.
Believe me when I say these results blow P90X out of the water. No normal person has over an hour + a day to devote to working out. Tacfit Warrior simply gives you better results in less than half the time of P90X.
As far as a do anywhere, challenging, and super effective bodyweight exercise training program goes, Tacfit Warrior is in my opinion simply the next wave in body weight fitness and the best fitness training program on the market. Check it out.
